2024 Schedule Notes

Our Autumn Luncheon runs every other Wednesday at noon, and it includes a 1:45 train ride, three lunch courses, coffee, tea, and espresso.

AUTUMN LUNCHEON MENU

Wednesday Autumn Lunches @ Noon

Every other Wednesday, August 14th through the end of November

Noon Departure (Doors open 11:15)

A three-course luncheon is served in The Grand Bellevue Dining Car and includes a 1:45h train ride.

Roasted Eggplant and Tomato Soup

Garden Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette

 

ENTREE
Your pre-selected entree is cooked by our highly skilled culinary team in our kitchen car, Bellevue Clipper. We take pride in using only the best cuts of meat and fresh vegetables for our dishes.

“Grand Bellevue Sirloin Burger”

1/2 pound hand-formed burger, toasted brioche roll, sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Served with a house-cured pickle and kettle chips.
Optional: Applewood smoked bacon. 


Grilled Salmon over Summer Salad

Citrus glazed Salmon atop a bed of summer greens, heirloom tomatoes, roasted beets, English cucumber, crumbled herb goat cheese, and champagne vinaigrette. 
 

Tres Tacos

Carne, Pollo y Pescado. One each of beef, chicken, and fish soft tacos served with pico de gallo, lettuce, pickled cabbage, Jack cheese, and cilantro cream.
 

Roast Turkey B.L.T

House-roasted herb-rubbed turkey breast, toasted sourdough bread, lettuce, heirloom tomato, applewood smoked bacon, and lemon-garlic aioli. Served with a house-cured pickle and kettle chips.
 

Pulled Pork

House-cured and braised pork butt, sweet barbecue sauce, cole slaw, and toasted brioche roll. Served with a house-cured pickle and kettle chips.
 

Autumn Vegetarian Wrap

Zucchini, tomato, roasted peppers, and asparagus, served with a side of dressed greens.
