A three-course luncheon is served in The Grand Bellevue Dining Car and includes a 1:45h train ride.

Your pre-selected entrée is prepared by our highly skilled culinary team in our kitchen car, the Bellevue Clipper. We take pride in using only the best cuts of meat and fresh vegetables for our dishes.
New England Lobster Roll
Chunks of fresh Lobster, lightly dressed with mayonnaise, in a toasted New England Top Split Bun, with bibb lettuce, coleslaw, and kettle chips​

Grand Bellevue Sirloin Burger
1/2-pound hand-formed Burger, served on a toasted brioche roll, with sharp cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion. Served with a house-cured pickle and kettle chips​
